Modern Nostalgia Photo Booth ("MNP," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to browse our site, learn about our services, and reach out to us, regardless of ability.
1. Our Standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard most widely recognized by U.S. courts and used as the practical benchmark under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Tennessee does not currently have its own state-specific website accessibility law, so we look to this federal standard as our guide.
This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. We have not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we do not claim full conformance at this time. We are actively working to identify and correct accessibility barriers as we find them.
2. What We've Done
Our website is built on the Wix platform, which provides accessibility-focused foundations including semantic page structure, keyboard navigation support, and screen reader compatibility. As we build and update our site, we aim to:

3. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. This can include third-party embedded content such as our online booking portal, interactive elements like our 3D photo booth viewer, and older content we haven't yet reviewed. We are working to address these over time.
