Modern Nostalgia Photo Booth ("MNP," "we," "us," or "our") provides luxury photo booth experiences for weddings and events throughout Nashville, Smyrna, and Middle Tennessee, operating as part of Keegan Dietz Photography. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and our services, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

By visiting our website or booking with Modern Nostalgia Photo Booth, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect​

Information you provide to us directly

When you submit an inquiry, request availability, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Event date, venue, and event type

  • Any other event details you choose to share

Inquiries and bookings are managed through HoneyBook, our client management platform, which stores and processes this information on our behalf.

Information collected automatically

Our website is built and hosted on Wix. Like most websites, it automatically collects certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and general browsing activity on the site. This is collected through standard Wix analytics and cookies. See "Cookies and Tracking" below.

Information collected at your event

When you book Modern Nostalgia Photo Booth, our on-site attendant operates the booth for you and your guests using the Fiesta App platform. Depending on your package, this may include:

  • Photographs taken by guests at the booth

  • A guest's phone number or email address, but only if that guest chooses to enter it to receive their photographs by text or email

Providing contact information at the booth is always optional and controlled by each guest individually. Whether and how Modern Nostalgia Photo Booth may use imagery from your event for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes is addressed separately in your service agreement, not this policy.

2. How We Use Your Information​

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide pricing and availability

  • Confirm and manage bookings, contracts, and payments

  • Coordinate logistics for your event

  • Deliver your online gallery

  • Communicate with you before, during, and after your event

  • Send text or email delivery of photographs to guests who opt in at the booth

  • Improve our website and services

  • Send occasional business updates, if you've opted in to receive them

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information​

We only share personal information with the service providers that help us operate, including:

  • Wix, our website host and platform

  • HoneyBook, our client management, contracts, invoicing, and payment platform. HoneyBook relies on its own third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.

  • Photobooth Supply Co. (Fiesta App), the software platform that powers our booth, gallery delivery, and guest text/email sharing features

Each of these providers only receives the information necessary to perform its function and maintains its own security and privacy practices. We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Modern Nostalgia Photo Booth, our clients, or others.

4. Cookies and Tracking​

Our website uses cookies, small data files stored on your device, to help the site function and to understand how visitors use it. These are managed through the Wix platform. If we add third-party tools such as Google Analytics or an advertising pixel in the future, this section will be updated to reflect that.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some site features may not work as intended if you do.

We retain client and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including recordkeeping for contracts and tax purposes, after which it is deleted or securely archived.

  • Ask us to correct or delete your personal information

  • Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

  • Decline to provide certain information, understanding this may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry or complete a booking

California residents: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

7. Children's Privacy​

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Minors may appear as guests in event photography at the request of the event host; this is treated as part of the event service described in Section 1, not as online data collection from a child.

8. Data Security​

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we collect, relying in part on the security infrastructure of Wix and HoneyBook. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links​

Our website may link to third-party sites, such as our Instagram profile or our HoneyBook booking portal. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies directly.
